notice the choke-chain, & more, it's a fine gauge: more slicing into skin, pulling hairs, etc, = more ouch! thankfully, the copy is excellent. or indeed, anything to cause pain, or the use of confrontation, coercion or flooding? the author didn't 'forget' them; they are not recommended because they are often counterproductive.
