Murphy still scared of dogs?
He's always been very nervous around other dogs but it started getting better after meeting lots and lots of different dogs. For some reason he's got worse again!

He is alright with my friends labrador , if a bit nervous but with all other dogs he lies down , tail between his legs and waits for them to go.

We have signed him up for puppy classes but will this help or just stress him out more?

That very much depends on the instructor and methods used. Did you go and watch a class to check them out before you signed up?
