i'm no behaviourist, but if you have time; take him out for more regular walks - my dog did the same for a year and a half, but more excessive and regular exercise cured it . . .

We are starting to increase the length of his walks now his 12 months old, I think he may have got bored, only having short walks although we tried to take him out as often as we could. So hoping the longer walks will help.
