Barking mad! How to curb dog's barking..Quickly please??

Very briefly... i live in a ground floor rented housing association flat where i have permission to keep one dog..(my lab). My longterm partner and her 2 dogs are regular visitors to my flat,; probably they spend a bit more time at mine as she house shares and her housemate has grandchildren round to stay quite a lot.
All 3 dogs are well exercised, happy, Well cared for (chipped/vacced/insured etc) and very rarely left alone for long periods of time. Its not uncommon for partner to pop her 2 in with mine on way to uni and i walk all 3 when i get in from work.
Upstairs neighbour assures me the dogs do not disturb him (in fact he is not in that much) ditto adjoining house.
HOWEVER someone has made an anonymous complaint to housing association re dogs barking.. am assuming it is as entering property as one collie/terrier cross does i admit like to announce her arrival. If she's walked in on lead though she's fine, so this can be addressed this way. BUT she is a very barky dog eg when playing and I want us to be able to control this. Any tips on how to effectively tackle this problem?
Incidentally if anyone living in West Wales (LLanelli) area happens to read this and knows of any letting agencies with a pet friendly reputation please let me know! we would like to move in together but it is proving hard to find somewhere which will accept 3 dogs!!

I find barking one of the hardest things to stop and have been trying with Bruce for nearly seven years, so will be interested in your replys.

Hope you find somewhere to live who will accept the dogs, couldn't you just tell a small porkie and say you have two dogs - the other could always just be a visitor if anyone calls!

Lol I am considering disguising one as a small child.
I have read of one approach - Jazz it up/ settle - lots of positive comments on this one, however am mindful of the fact you first need to wind your dog up to barking point, which might get me into even more trouble!

Work colleague has suggested a citronella puff anti bark collar or pet corrector spray, but as the dog in question has some collie-isms around strange noises am not sure at all-

I have a puppy cocker spaniel and he started to bark non stop for a number of weeks for no reason, this was after he had been fed, walked, played with etc. We got training spray which is basically loud, fast sprayed odourless air. I sprayed it once at him and he has been an angel since.

when i let my border collie out for a wee just before going to bed she rushes out and starts barking - dont know why as she doesnt do it at other times (or very occassionally). My neighbour has a small child and the other neighbour is due any day so i dont want to disturb them.

My bc does the same thing at night, straight to back gate with bunny hops & then barks with me closely following behind saying ssshhhh all the neighbours are sleeping & she too never does it at any other time

Se is also very vocal when the postman comes to the door, she knows I am about to put her lead on & when playing ball, nothing will make her be quiet so will be looking forward to replies.
