I always recommend the book Getting in ttouch with your dog and have had several clients go on to do more on ttouch because they have found it a wonderful bonding experience.
Its not magic or about energy or whatever. I don't buy into some the bs that's used to describe it by some.
Body awareness is calming and at the very least distracting. Pressure and release is also calming just as massage and gently body manipulation is.
I have also used the ttouch wrap and laryrinth again to encourage body awareness and balance.
I can't speak highly enough of it so go for it!

Thanks, I'm going to do a bit more follow up in my lunch hour today as I really think this would be beneficial to both dogs & for me.
I got some money as a Christmas present so will spend it on this - it was always going to go towards something dog related!
