as soon as more than 1/4th of the cop-k9 competition *trophies* go home with clicker-trained dogs, there will be
a landslide movement into pos-R training by police-handlers; they are if nothing else, highly highly competitive.

they will be the last-holdouts; Schutzhund, Ring-Sport + Mondio are already seeing the intensity + joy
of pos-R trained, proofed + handled dogs in competition - the police are the laggards, in tandem with the military.

betcha - the big-shift will be within 5 years.
