The animal charity Just For Dogs and Peak Village have joined forces to bring you this festive Dog Show at Peak Village Outlet Shopping Centre.

1. Dog in Best Condition £1 entry
2. Best Expression £1 entry
3. Prettiest Bitch £1 entry
4. Waggiest Tail £1 entry
5. Best Fancy Dress (dog, owner or both!) £1 entry
6. Most Handsome Dog £2 entry
7. Best Rescue - Tell us your story* £1 entry
8. The Dog Santa Would Most Like to Take Home £1 entry
9. BEST IN SHOW
10. BEST RESERVE IN SHOW

TO ENTER:

To enter your dog, just download and print the form below. Fill in your details and hand in at the event before judging begins at 1pm on Sunday, November 20th. You can also collect an entry form from any retailer at Peak Village.
