This seminar is a wide ranging mix of legal issues that are important to dog owners including responsibilities when buying and selling dogs, liability (both civil and criminal) for dogs that harm people and animals plus much more.
Trevor Cooper is widely regarded as the leading Solicitor in England and Wales who specialises in criminal law on dogs. He is currently a prosecutor with the Environment Agency but continues to act in dog cases and provides advice on criminal as well as civil disputes via a telephone advice line.
