We had a brilliant time at Boston today

Quinny came 1st in Post Grad, qualifying for Crufts 2012, and then he came first in the YKC stakes, qualifying him for the YKC stakes finals at Crufts 2012. First champ show of the year and we haven't had Crufts 2011 yet, but we're already qualified for 2012! Whoo hoo! What's also great is that now he's qualified we can now play about in Limit and try to get his stud book number!

Baggio also came 2nd in Open Dog - not bad for a 10 year old!

huge congrats ! that was like us at Manchester last year, we were so happy to qualify Barney for Crufts 2011 before we had had Crufts 2010 ! x

Well done ! - we had quite a good day too - Angel won Post Grad and then went on to win reserve Best Bitch - she was incredibly naughty though -she just wanted to mug the judge, galloped round the ring like a complete loony and would NOT stand still to be gone over - her mum Bijou is thinking about coming into season and just mooched about in a day dream in the ring and then began flirting madly with the 'boys' at the ringside she's such a hussy !! - she got 2nd in Open despite completely refusing to use her ears - ho hum I guess it's character building !!

We had great fun at the show though - it was just how a dog show should be - lots of socialising and some good laughs , a knowledgeable and competent judge, and some beautiful new pups making their mark in the ring ( my friends Terv pup won the pastoral puppy group ) - plus a good sprinkling of new faces interested in the breed - it all bodes well for the future
