Hi all

A very happy New Year to everyone.
I've finally decided to stop smoking (after way too many years) and have set a date.
I'm asking people to sponsor me for Staffie Rescue and pledge an amount if I am successful in stopping for 4 weeks. The idea behind that is if I can stop for 4 weeks I can totally kick the nasty habit.
It would give me real determination to quit if it means money for the rescue.
Saturday 22nd January is the date I will become a non smoker.
