RSPCA Manchester & Salford are desperately seeking experienced foster carers in the Greater Manchester area. Foster carers will be interviewed to ensure highest possible standards of care required by the charity.
Roma is a rottweiler, approximately 2 years old. Her owners have been successfully prosecuted for starving her. She is good with other dogs and kids. Roma has been in our care for 3-4 months and in kennels for a period of time prior to this. She is distressed living in kennels, to the point where she is licking walls and chewing her paws. This poor girl desperately needs to be in a foster home.
Pip is a little Jack Russell girl, around 2 years old. She has been signed over into our care as her owner has been ill, in and out of hospital, and is unable to care for her. She is really stressing out in the kennels and we desperately need to get her out of there as soon as possible. (Don't know at this point how she is with other dogs/kids, etc, but will up-date post as soon as I get details.)
If you can help, please contact Jo or Catherine @ RSPCA Manchester & Salford branch, telephone 0161 882 0680, or email
rspcamcr_salford@btconnect.com.
These two girls are desperate. Please help if you can.
