yellow lab for re-homing.

Due to un-forseen circumstances my mum has to re-home her beloved dog Keating.

He is 4 years old, birthday 16th september 2007, he was neutured at a year old.
He is a yellow/golden labrador , not the chunky type.
He is very well trained, and always eager to learn more. He currently lives in a house with 2 cats and 2 children.
He is also absolutly fine with my children who are 7 + 2.
He has never messed in the house.

This is breaking my heart, and although i wish i could keep him myself i am not allowed dogs, and am not sure when i will be moving.
I dont have the money to put him in fostering for 6 months whilst i sort myself out.

if anyone has any questions please ask.

thanks for reading.

Re: yellow lab for re-homing.

Could you contact a lab rescue and ask if they could help with 6 months fostering?

Re: yellow lab for re-homing.

Sorry forgot location, dartford in Kent.

TDM- i will look further into this, but I am with the council and not sure how long exchanging me will take. With such uncertainty of time would this still be an option? The 6 months was as example because Tbh the council don't want to rush.

Re: yellow lab for re-homing.

Not silly at all. He can be both! But I would say more the laid back type. When he gets excited he just wags his bum and tail really fast.
He won't jump unless asked to. He also won't go on sofas/beds unless you give himpermission. (which is quite sweet as he puts his chin on them and looks at you lol)

Re: yellow lab for re-homing.

aww he sounds perfect, which is a shame for me as we are nowhere near Kent and I'd love to have another dog for company for Cookie and his age is about right. I am sure you will find him a lovely home soon
