I have a lovely 3 year old brindle Lurcher cross, "Floyd", but due to being on my own, and working long hours would like to find a new loving home for him. He has a lovely friendly nature, great with children and other dogs, good on the lead. He is not a problem dog, I just have to leave him too much.
I have had him from a rescue centre since May, and am sad to make this decision , but feel that ultimately this would be the best for both of us, as it is not fair on him to be alone for so ling. He loves company and other dogs, and a family would be better for him, or someone who is home more.

He is neutered, microchipped, and would come with large crate.

As you have only had him since May please look at your contract from the rescue as they may have him back,, if not please contact Lurcher Link(you will find them on the net)

I called Dogs Trust, and they said i would have to return him to them rather than find a home myself. I'm sad about that i didn't want hime to go back to the kennels. seems so much more unsettling for him. A hard decision.

As you got him froma rescue,he will ahve to go back to the rescue

I would give him back to the Dogs Trust, they are good at finding dogs homes.

Its a shame you didnt think ahead at the time of getting him, can't be nice for him going from one owner to the next...
