Jaycy, Fell Terrier X, DOB 07 – Gatwick

Jaycy, Fell Terrier X, DOB 07 – Gatwick

Homing Requirements: Jaycy is an ex kennel breeding bitch. This means her family must have tremendous patience and willingness to give her time to develop skills and low expectations to offer her a sense of success and achievement. Jaycy is highly likely never to come off lead. She ideally should be homed with another competent dog to act as her role model.

Her Story: Jaycy was held back by her breeder to produce litters. She has never been beyond her kennel except for a daily trip to a grass paddock 10 yards away. She has now been given to rescue and we are preparing her for her home. She is now in boarding kennels sharing her kennel with Blue one of her kennel friends. Her family will continue to acclimatize her into a 'precious pet' role. Now spayed, chipped and just being vax'd.

Advert: Jaycy is a mother many times and has always shared her kennel with a male dog. She has finally arrived into the real world but it is feeling enormous in concept and she needs support to adjust. Jaycy will also need patience to attain housetraining. She walks on a harness and is building confidence to be outside. She will need to be close to her owners initially until she finds herself ideally sleeping beside your bed as company is her comfort outside of her familiar cage. Jaycy travels well in a car but doesn’t understand what this moving platform with blurred colour whizzing past the window means.

Jaycy is a tricolour Terrier miss. If you didn’t know her breeding, you would say she was a Parson's Jack Russell for sure. Her mother was a Red Fell terrier and her father was a Lakie x Border. Yes the only one in the litter her colour. She is exactly like a 'Parsons' in temperament. She has a calm, sweet nature, very endearing. Easy to pick up and you won’t want to put her down.
