Doodle - 7 month old red merle Border Collie

Doodle is a beautiful 7 month old Border Collie. He is a lovely boy that came into us after he was involved in a road traffic accident and required a leg amputation that his owner's could not afford.

He does now only have three legs but gets around wonderfully and is a very active, healthy boy.

Doodle will need an active home that can give him the stimulation, exercise and training that he needs.

He is on foster in South Wales and getting on well. It seems he hasn't had toys before as he wasn't sure what to do with them at first but is learning how fun it is to play tug of war among other things!

Doodle is good when out and about and getting the hang of 'heel'. He is very sociable and happy to say hello to other people and dogs.

His house training is a work in progress but he is doing well especially considering the recent upheaval in his life.

He is an inquisitive, friendly boy who will make a fantastic pet to the right family.

He can live with other dogs and children. He could also live with cats if time was put in to training him around the cats.

Doodle can be homed across the UK. He has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped.

If you're interested in adopting Doodle, please read our adoption guidelines and procedure;

Re: Doodle - 7 month old red merle Border Collie

Doodle has settled well in his foster home and makes himself at home, just about anywhere he can fit (including the laundry basket!)
He adores his walks and has the time of his life running about off lead. He responds very well to a whistle and goes back to his fosterer quicker than her own dogs!

He is a darling boy and is going to make a fantastic pet to an active home
