Dog wanted

Hi,

I'm looking for a second dog to take on that can compete with my dog at agility competitions. I'm looking for a male aged 6 months - 1 year (give or take), it needs to be smaller than my dog who stands at 19" at her shoulders. Ideally around 15 - 17" tall. Breed is not important, although my existing dog is a staff cross so I'm not looking for another staffie, it would just need to have the drive and enthusiasm for the agility. I do have a cat but he's quite confident around my dog and keeps her in her place!
I'm happy to take on a dog with behaviour problems, my dog was a rescue and certainly had enough of them! Although could not have one with dog or people aggression.
If anyone hears of anything they think maybe suitable please feel free to poit them this way! I'm based in the Watford area, Hertfordshire but happy to drive for the right one. My e mail is caroline_durrant@hotmail.com

Re: Dog wanted

I don't suppose you could be tempted by a very sweet 7 month old female? She is dog, cat and child friendly and very active... we think she'd love agility.
Maxine - 7 month old cross breed - Sweet pup
She's a real darling!

If I can't tempt you with her, it's worth looking here at the "ADOPT" section on agility net for agility suitable dogs looking for homes http://www.agilitynet.com/

Hope you find the perfect rescue pooch for you

Re: Dog wanted

We have some GSD/Collie pups due to be arriving soon, the mum is in foster, but the pups will need rehoming.

We also have Ruby:

Re: Dog wanted

Thank you, I do need a boy as my dog gets on better with them and I think GSDxCollie will be far too big! I do check agilitynet so fingers crossed I'll cross paths with the right one soon!

Re: Dog wanted

Take a look at Minnie on rescue remedies- this girl would ADORE agility- although may be a touch tall!
