Lacey 2 year old JR x - A very special girl

Please meet Lacey – she’s a very special girl. She came into our care after being abandoned by her owners just a few weeks after giving birth. As they were attempting to tie her to some railings, luckily they were seen by a distant acquaintance who asked them what they were doing. Their reply? “We don’t want her any more but it’s ok, the dog warden will pick her up”. Yes, and then they might have to put her to sleep after seven days if no-one wanted her, but they could obviously care less about that bit! Even more amazingly, they loved her so much they kept one of her puppies, presumably having made enough blood money from the rest.

All of us at My Forever Home are so happy to have had the chance to help Lacey, we couldn’t have wished for a more perfect little girl for our first rescue doggie. If you think you can provide the perfect life this adorable little girl so deserves – only once we are satisfied she is completely ready, which will include her bosoms reducing to more normal proportions once her body realises her milk is no longer needed – then please do get in touch – you may have some stiff competition to beat but don’t let that stop you trying! Lacey can live with other dogs.

Please go to My Forever Home to read Lacey's blog.
