Daniel (Craig!), Staffie, DOB 07 - Gatwick
 Homing Requirements: Daniel needs a sensible Staffie family who treasure him for the Rescue Staffie he is. A rescue family is about what they can offer their dog and Daniel needs that support, a medium to large secure garden with no visiting pets. Daniel will not be an off lead dog as he can get flustered around dogs who are off lead. His Story: Daniel was found stray and unclaimed. We took him at the 11th hour as he ran out of time in the pound. He has won our volunteer dog walkers hearts. Now neutered, chipped, wormed, fully vax'd, etc. Advert: Daniel with the ears no one can ever forget! He makes you laugh but is loyal and true in his heart and intentions. He adores companionship but could be left during part-time work hours. Daniel welcomes people but would prefer older children or adult family with a less to-ing and fro-ing lifestyle. Newly retired couple or a work from home situation would be great for him. Daniel travels well in the car. Daniel is a dark brown brindle with a white chest. His coat has improved since he came into our care and it is beginning to glisten. Daniel is walking next to other dogs in their lead but can be reactive to dogs when he is behind a kennel door. He doesn't do well in kennels and we would love to get him into foster or ideally his very own home in the near future. An update from Lynne on Daniel:
"Today was Daniel's sustenance day. A normal 'walk in life'. We took off over the field... Video: Daniel enjoying a run    We met 2 free range collies and Daniel met them appropriately and their owner complimented him for being such a good boy.    We went to another park to meet more dogs and Daniel did so well. He is wearing a semi muzzle to allow me to explore up close but he proved himself and will no longer needs a muzzle in similar situations in the future Video: Daniel meets terriers NB Man kicks terrier away which was shocking but terrier soon came back like a bee to the honey pot Daniel met 2 of the terriers in a watering hole / puddle again he did so well... Video: Daniel needs up with 2 in the puddle! Daniel walked through the kennel block so cool and was totally chilled walking past the other dogs. 4 and half hours really fed his soul!  “Please note this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found". Daniel had a ball out and about with Lee! Don't think he could keep the grin off his little face!
 Same went for Lee ... he couldn't resist a cuddle of the cheeky chappie!
