Rescue Remedies is on a distinguished road
Sam, Staffie, DOB 02.09

Sam, Staffie, DOB 02.09

Homing Requirements: Sam needs a new family to offer him reassurance after losing his family as this move will hit him hard. He thrives on companionship. He has little Staffie ways which will charm a Staffie owner. He could live with cats, another dog & guinea pigs, be it, in their run.

His Story: Sam has enjoyed living in a multi-pet household. His owners are expecting their first child and health issues mean they cannot manage a dog. His canine partner has been rehomed and Sam is hoping to go directly into a new family but may have to come into kennels. Sam is neutered, chipped and vax'd.

Advert: Sam been owned since a puppy and been homed with another dogs and 2 elderly cats and guinea pigs. He hasn't lived with children. Sam is a typical Staffie who adores human contact. He does not do well on his own. His current owner said; "he does get a bit dominant around food and when my husband is out, but if ignored he settles. He really doesn't like the dark, so a garden light on facilitates toilet at night-time. He really loves carrots and apples. He cheekily steals certain favoured things if given the chance".

Sam is a white Staffie who loves everything and everyone. As with dogs if another dog has a go he may have one back but his instincts are to befriend. He hasn't been off the lead in a park, but does come off lead in a large field behind his house. Sam is a very loving dog and has to sit on or near you. He didn't like a crate and escaped repeatedly. Happy with a free-range household. Loves a Kong type toy, has a basket but rarely uses it as it’s become the cats bed, loves anything squeaky or fluffy, has a tendency to wander about with a shoe or sock in his mouth but doesn't ever chew it. Ever the puppy!
