If there is anyone out there that can be of some assitance with donations or their building skills or can help us raise awareness for a shelter in Kotor Montenegro please can you mail me.
This shelter is in desperate need to help as the 2 governing parties that are supposed to take responsibility for it are not doing that. We are first trying to raise awareness as well as keeping the dogs fed, whilst we try and establish a way of getting the shelter finished. I have a contact in Montenegro that visits the shelter most days and sends me pictures and I am sure she would be happy to explain to anyone what is going on. If there is a TV Station/Radio Station/Celebrity out there that can raise awareness that would be oh so very helpful. If you wanted to make a donation I would have to find out who that would go to and if you ever happen to be on holiday in Montenegro maybe you could take a trip over to the shelter yourself and and see the state of affairs. I can give you whatever information you need.
