Very nice, friendly 8 year old Staffie needs urgant re-homing, free to a good home.
Reason for rehoming is she was dumped on the owners son (a friend of mine) for what was meant to be 3 weeks while his mum found a new place to rent; the owner could not find a home that allowed dogs so now they need to find a new home for her. The owners son can not look after her because they live in a small bedsit with no garden in an area where it is difficult to walk her because of the flea problem in the neighbourhood. We feel it would be too cruel for her to carry on living this way and as much as she'd be missed, she really needs a bigger home and a garden! The dog is cooped up in one room and is hardly walked. We have offered our help as much as we could but as much as we'd love to, we can't rehome her because she our own dog tries to hump her every 5 minutes and plus we can't afford another pet! Her name is Tia and she would make a great family pet and is also good with cats and other dogs. She is spayed and has had all of her vaccinations and is very well tempered and loves cuddles. Only small issue is that she will get upset for the first 2 days of being away from home, after that she is an angel! Please respond if you are interested. We live in ESSEX. http://i903.photobucket.com/albums/a...claire/TIA.jpg <--- Picture here!

Re: Urgant Plea for rehoming a Staffie
Why can you keep her with you?
If she has now settled in your home then why upset her again. Teach your JTR that its not acceptable to hump her, (how old is he and has he been neutered?) Ask the owners (or owners son ) to help with any costs you will need for her and to help with her up keep, i mean if they had kept her they would have had to pay,
