Re: yesterdays walk (picture heavy)
Luckily for me I get on really well with the gamekeeper. In fact the last time I saw him, he trimmed my hedge because he was struggling to see if traffic was coming down the road when exiting lane down to the woods next to my house. Oops! I make sure I don't take opie out into any of the fields if I know there is a shoot on

Re: yesterdays walk (picture heavy)
It's a fantastic area for walking. As well as being surrounded by fields and woods, a ten minute walk away is a really nice country park. I feel so lucky to live here and to be able to just walk out my gate and start my walks when I see other people park their cars up ready to start theirs

Re: yesterdays walk (picture heavy)
Opie's beautiful! He looks so slender. Sometimes I wish my Dobie wasn't as "buff"...Really broad chested/table backed. But she is a Doberman, so gorgeous, nonetheless.
![]() I'm lucky to have a field the opposite side of my back agrden...I can just open teh gates, and the dogs can run. No roads in the way, or anything. Obviously I don't. I go up, and stand in the freezing cold, while I watch them demolish the expensive balls I keep replacing.
