I'm lucky to have a field the opposite side of my back agrden...I can just open teh gates, and the dogs can run. No roads in the way, or anything. Obviously I don't. I go up, and stand in the freezing cold, while I watch them demolish the expensive balls I keep replacing.
i've just increased him to three feeds a day because i think he's starting to look too skinny again. he seems really small compared to a lot of the male dobermanns that i met at the dobermann show last year. his brother jax was a lot chunkier. got to admit there is no such thing as a wrong looking dobe. to me they are all gorgeous

Re: yesterdays walk (picture heavy)

i was warned by the vet to keep an eye on his weight after he'd been neutred incase he started piling weight on, but in the six months since we had him done he's only put one kilo on. he had started bulking out a bit which i was fine with so when he seeme to get to an ideal size i cut him back to two meals, but seeing these pics made me realise he needs to eat more. strange how we pick upon things in photos that are staring us in the face day after day.i wonder why males struggle to keep the weight on?
