Worming--- Liquid to tablet
After bit of advice .....im sure someone here will know.
Pups have been wormed on drontal puppy liquid every 2 weeks since being 2 weeks old. They are due again (8 weeks), it is ok to change from drontal liquid to the tablet (obvisouly correct dose -pups are on average 5kgs so would be 1/2 a pill each)

Our vets gave ours tablets at 8 weeks so I would think it would be OK. Dosage on drontal does say puppies & small dogs up to 10kg 1 tab, so you'll be OK with 1/2 tab at 5.kg
