Question sisters terrier

hi all i'm lookin after my sisters dog while shes away 4 2 weeks and i hav just noticed it had a lump by its bottom !!! any ideas wot this could be doesnt seem to be bothering her she still happy and runnig around but does like it every so often doesnt seem to hurt wen i just touch it lightly !!! any ideas till i can take her to the vets

Is it a spot or boil ?? or is i more of an under the skin lump and how big ? sometimes dogs get sebaciouse systs ( spots ) they can be due to alsorts of things , i would maybe take her to the vets if your sis is happy for you to do so if you can contact her .

ive just pulled 2 ticks of my dog and they have both left bumps,so could be almost anything
