Tablets

Hi, any advice on giving a dog tablets.

Sunny has to have his worm tablets, but he doesn't like them. Give them directly, with food, with his dinner, with his dinner with water he won't eat them.

Any advise on what to do?

Thanks.

Re: Tablets

Mine are the same, I open their mouths and put the tablet as far back in their throat as it will go, they have no choice but to swallow it.

Re: Tablets

Mine just eat them in with their normal food.

You coudl try putting some tinned sardines in tomato sauce mixed in with her food and wormer though. It was the only way to get my girl to eat at all during her pregnancy, mixing a bit of tinned sardines in tomato sauce with it!
