mIne get stung and feel it lol, wen my 6 year old bully was a baby of 12 weeks she walked on a nettle and was crying all nite long...my son took her to bed and held her feet she stung and she went straight to sleep

That's a good question, I've never known a dog get stung before, perhaps it is just their coat protecting the skin.

I have no idea, Phoe is always in them , never bothered him, then again he ripped an entire nail out not long back and never whinced , or complained in anyway,
he' s like a bulldozer ![]() |

depends with mine how much they have been running in them.
sometimes they get itchy feet, and on odd occasions tiny bumps appear but soon go down.

When we went camping for 2 weeks last summer, the place where our tents were pitched had stinging nettles and I am sure that Tootsie got stung on her paws
we had to make sure she didnt go round that side of the tent as when we first arrived she walked into them and was going mad with her paws not sure why they dont seem to sting the nose though ![]() |

Awww! poor hairless!
My dog rosie HATES walking on nettles so maybe they feel them but some dogs will react and some dogs don't care. Mack doesn't give a toss he runs through them like a bull in a china shop lol! But rosie avoids them like the plauge. If she does stand on them she doesn't react much though, just looks extremely pathetic.
