worming tablets - when shud I give them??

Prob a really daft question, the vet gave us worming tablets for Sandy but I thought it was just the one tablet but theres 2 in the box.....should I give her both or one now and one at a later date????? the vet never said and I didnt think to ask as I didnt realise there was more than one

Hiya probably can't help you much but usually worming tablets are given by the weight of the dog. What brand are they Paula?

they r drontal tablets.... no he didnt weigh her, but maybe if yours get 4 Darren 2 would prob be about right for Sandys size?

no instructions except wash ur hands etc and dont give if pregnant etc.

actually they are Drontal flavour plus tablets!....like she even got chance to taste it lol it was in a bit of cheese and was gone b4 she she even smell it let alone taste it!!!

will just give her the other one as well then....ty for that!

we give ours 2 1/2 each and 3 for the lurcher and then wait for the wrigling little blighters to leave the building

go onnn let her be a devil once after giving jj wormers he got up walked over to me and puked all in my new slippers, i can only be glad my feet weren't in them D

Its definatly 1 tablet for every 10kg body weight so I am thinking if the vet gave you two your dog must be somewhere between 15-20kg

shes a cocker spaniel so she would be around that......shes a bit of a lump
