its soung like pancreatitis my freing dog had it new years eve. if it is then its serious the sick is very thin like water? try feeding him plain boiled rice but seek vets advice very soon pop in and explain the situation about ur dog money no respectable vet would leave a dog to suffer. ps are u on any benifits? if so u could take him to the p.d.s.a and just give a donation but try giving him rice anyway hope this helps

I would take him tot he vets as a matter of urgency. legally and ethically, the vet has to treat him regardless of whether you can pay or not. I am sure if you are a regular client they will understand your circumstances.

are you registered at a vets? surely if you are they will see the dog and allow you to pay in a couple of days if it means the dog gets the treatment it needs, or someone can help you out, friends, relatives?

Thanks alot for the help guys, looks like it's the vets it is, yes i'm on job seekers at the moment but used the last payment friday to pay 6 months car tax, then this happens a few days later which means I don't get paid now for another day days, grrr i hate not working.

Someone said if it's serious it will be very liquid like sick, it is, just out of interest how comes that makes it more serious?

This morning he hadn't eaten any of his food so again I binned it and put out fresh food, doesn't look like he touched his water either so keeping a very close eye on that.

I did however give him a small plate of cat crunchies (loves to nick the cats food), and he wolfed them down like normal!
If he doesn't bring them back up today then looks like he's on the mend, if he does then i'll phone the vet and explain.

So he's at least eating small amounts now, will take him out for some fresh air in a bit.

It doesnt matter if he has eaten or not - IMHO your dog needs seeing by a vet. If you are on Job seekers allowance then you can take your dog to PDSA and get treatment. Please please take him
