Re: Lump under dog's skin

Is there anyone else you could maybe ask about helping you get him to the vet? As you say its attached, I would say this lump definately needs to be checked out. Maybe show your Mum this thread?

Re: Lump under dog's skin

older labs somtimes get fatty lumps
my old dog had loads of them
and i used to take him to the vets to get them checked every 6 months.
the vet didnt want to remove them
he said my boy would end up looking like a patch work quilt.as long as they werent bothering him.
make sure his collar is loose,
and maybe reveiw his food if the vets says it is a fatty lump to maybe skinny food.lower fat.
labs are prone to harmless lumps but they can sometime get nasty ones too
so go to the vet and get it checked the vet should know very quickly if it is a worry.
love noogsyx
