Re: kidney failiure advice please?

A friend of mines dog had kidney failure - it was spotted early though him constantly drinking water, he is on meds for life though his health has improved dramatically and is the same lively boy he was a year ago. Its not a terminal condition and the dogs do have a very good quality of life even if they are on meds for treatment

Re: kidney failiure advice please?

So sorry to hear of your loss

R I P Roxy

A girl I know lost a whippet pup at just 6 months of age due to kidney failure. She had enlarged kidneys with alsorts of problems this left her with I think a low white blood cell count and she also had 1 leg shorter than the others which the vets at the hospital at Liverpool said was to do with her problems it just didn't grow. She pent 1/4 of her short life at the vets hospital
