Re: ice cubes...

I think there were some stories about feeding ice cubes, making the gut go in to shock due to the high body temp of the dog and the freezing of the cubes. and causing a GDV.

So i always feed in moderation and never straight after a walk when the dog is hot and panting.

I've heard that too but I tend to think it's just scare mongery!

yeah it was fab and lots to do, absolutely non stop all day!
feeding, cleaning, enrichment and more cleaning, health checking and even more cleaning!
