When I first had Gypsy I used "pads" ...worse thing I ever did.

I was working at the time and used to put them down for her.

But now because I have always had wooden flooring, anytime we visit someone with carpet she wees on it!! and not because she is desperate. I think she associates the feel of carpet with the feel of the pads and then brain says "squat".

Never ever again would I use them

I start house training as soon as i can

I do have a huge garden though

We have foxes living next door but we still used the garden to house train him.
