magnetic collar

Hi all, Has anyone heard of or used a magnetic collar. I found it on the net today. The collars are supposed to relieve pain and are apparently supposed to help with epilepsy.

Any ideas or thoughts welcome

I dont know about epilepsy, but for joint problems/lameness they are great.

Ive used a Bioflow with great results on both dogs and cats.

Re: magnetic collar

Hi
The bioflow collars are brilliant, the magnets are patented and come with a 90 day guarantee - ie if you dont see a difference you can get a full refund within 90 days

Magnets work to increase circulation, thus increasing oxygen flow and nutrient flow round the body this aids the bodys natural healing and well being

I wear a bioflow magnet anad since i started i have had no back aches or problems, all my dogs have them and one with severe displacia has had huge improvement since starting to wear one. They can help with many conditions and it is likely to have a positive effect on epilepsy by keeping the blood and circulation strong in the body

Do you know if magnetic collars can have an adverse affect on heart conditions? Ive stopped using mine since my dog was dianosed with left ventricular hypertrophy, as no one (not even my vet) could tell me if it would make things worse rather than better.
