My corgi had lumpy mammary glands and after having the lung x-ray and a biopsy, she was found to have cancer in one teat, but the vet removed all the other fibrous lumps and she ended up minus 5 teats, Fortunately it hadnt spread to the lungs and she is absolutely fine, like a button. Im so glad I took her as she is eleven and now hopefully she will have some more happy years. I really hope that your dog is ok and will think about you, its nervewracking waiting to hear from the vets and iI empathise with you. good luck

In the end she had 2 mammary tumors removed , spay and the xray all went well just have to wait for the results , only thought she had the one tumor but vet found another yesterday , check up on Friday so hopefully I should know alittle more , glad shes home now was horrible without her here yesterday the house felt empty

Was thinking of you and kept checking to see if you had posted an update on her glad to hear it went ok and hopefully the check up on Friday will bring good news - and with all the dogs that we have here if one of them is away they are missed it is awful, cant go away on holiday unless I take a dog with me
