Re: dog eating meat and not eating kibble
If you were handed steak in one half of a bowl and faggots in the other end there be no guessing i think the steak would go first . Your dogs just picking out the best bits in his eyes. As prev posts you can eithr change his food so hes only on the dry and cant be fussy with the kibble or really mix in very well so he has to eat some kibble .

Re: dog eating meat and not eating kibble
Get a wet food like tripemix or similar, put a bit in and give it a good mix so the dry gets covered then stand back and watch it disappear.

Re: dog eating meat and not eating kibble
I use warm water on kibble I find it helps make some sort of gravy as well as soften the kibble a bit.
One big tip I got from Ms Stillwell was to warm the wet food first in the microwave to release the smell and mix it in well with the dry food. My 2 love it, it does smell a bit tastier and I hardly get any left over food now. I'm sure they must think they're having human food cos it's coming out the microwave ![]() |

Re: dog eating meat and not eating kibble
making some gravy from cheap gravy granuals and pouring it over is another way to make the kibbles a bit softer and tastier though i just mix in 1\2 a tin of chum and buy the kibbles they will actually eat as no ammount of gravy or chum will tempt them to eat wagg or weebox or hero though if mixed in well they will take some of it
