My puppy has also just started doing this - she used to eat it fine on its own but now its like she'd rather go hungry! Will try warming the meat up first to coat kibble! This forum has been my saviour thanks guys!!!x

They will be attracted to what smells and tastes better like children and also high fat, salt foods so if you give them a choice then wet will always give of more of a smell than dry. I use dry only and they have it down on its own if its not eaten within 10 mins then it goes back. That might sound harsh but they know if they dont eat then they will have to wait till the next meal. Dogs are used to eating large infrequent meals so if they miss the odd one or so its not a big issue in a fully grown dog. I would not mix wet and dry as they will then pick bits out or if you mix it, mix it well. If they wont eat dry at all now then mix it with wet at first then wean them of the wet. It could take a few days but aslong as they are lively and drinking they will be fine.
