Question could bladder infection be caused by raw meaty bones ?

Hi as you will see in another thread by me, my Ronnie 3 month old gsd has a bladder infection , could this be caused by raw meaty bones i have given her ?. as i have just sat her outside with her bone, this is what has crossed my mind , and as she seems to be getting better do not want to make it worse by the bone i have just given her . cattle bone knuckle end . ?? any ideas as to weather this may have caused her infection. ? thank you .

I would be almost certain it would not cause a bladder infection. Does your dog drink much?

Hi thanks , no not really , and since this infection i am having to practically force her to drink by adding some dry food to water . so you do not think the bones may have caused it then , as i know this sounds a bit weird of me saying , but having just given her a bone, the smell is exactly the same smell that is coming from her bits at the moment . hubby says i am reading too much into everything and i worry to much . he says she is fine , but i do worry .

Have you tried putting a little spot of milk into her drinking water , I bet you she drinks a bowl full with a splash of milk .
