I noticed that too ajshep1984. Her booster is due to run out soon so I will see what they say when I go in. I can not remember how much it cost at our usual vets but it just cost me £30 for the galastop today which must have all of 15mls in the bottle think they saw me coming. Vets 4 Pets are going to get a copy of her records from our usual vets so will have a good chat when I go in.

Re: Spaying - How much?

The vets I have been with now for over 6 years charge £63.50 for a bitch spay (size of the dog does not come into it) and £48.50 for a dog castration.

Female cat spay is £23.95 and castration is £18.00.

Full course of puppy vaccinations is £23, Full course of cat vaccinations is £36 and that includes the vaccination for Leukaemia.

They are dirt cheap on worming products too and didn't find them too bad when my AB was hospitalised for over a week as a pup due to never being wormed by her breeder total cost of her treatment and hospitalization was less than £150. One of our dogs had to have their ears surgically cleaned, again which was affordable and they were looked after with the upmost care our dogs love it there and I have total faith in them as vets, my experiences with them have always been good ones

Edited, for forgetting to add, when we moved there was a local vets for pets nearby they wanted double what our own vet was charging for surgical ear cleansing, so we swallowed it and made the trip to our usual vet who are now miles away, but as I said I am happy with them, our animals are so I think the travelling side of things is a small sacrifice.
