bought some eucanuba puppy food today and notaced it had a stamp saying made with vegitarians on the top of the bag. i checked the back and it does contain meat, what does this mean? (my original thought was omg they are chopping up vegitarians to put in dog food D)

cant help you there,did you see the bit on pet food thread about animal testing labs run by iams and eukanuba,i couldnt believe it didnt realise they tested dog food contents on lab animals,It was on a post by crofty.

i usualy feed raw but wanted to get the pups on some dry food to start with

Why polute them with dry food when you can give them raw?

raw gave them the runs and they will be on dry in their new homes anyway(i have suggested raw to them)

Poor pups!

We have managed to convert a few people to raw but most don't even understand what it is, when you try to explain they just switch off, they are quite happy with their smelly, clearly unhealthy, bakers fed dogs!

Our next door neighbours voiced their concerns that they were all gonna turn nasty after they saw them all tucking into whole chickens on the garden!

Do you get the same sort of response?

yep think its the omg my dogs gotta lick my face after hes eaten that that puts most people off though lol
