She's 7 weeks, this is what they do at that age, if she was with her littermates they'd be yelping if she bit too hard. She's testing and strengthening her jaws, the squealing method only works until about 12 weeks so you could try getting it in early. Squeal loudly when she bites, then praise when she stops. Or you could try switching your hand for a toy when its in her mouth, teach her thats that is the right thing to bite

The other option is to stop play when she bites, fold your arms and ignore her attempts for attention, until she is calmer, around 10secs, then begin the game again.
