My poor boy

I have a gorgeous 10mth old dog and we are having a bit of a bad time at the moment

A couple of weeks ago we had him X-rayed as we thought he had hurt himself - no he had the bad luck to have bi-lateral hip displaysia. OK we can deal with that and started at Hydrotherapy

now the poor lad is walking like he has had several drinks too many. The vet suspected an ear infection so we got anti-b's which should have helped. Sadly not much improvement, in fact none really after 4 days and we went back today for a full blood screen to see if he has picked up something, to cap it all we have treated him for lungworm incase that has caused a bleed - better safe than sorry. Hopefully the bloods will come back and give us an answer, if they are all negative i.e. nothing found then we are off to have a MRI, when the neurologist comes back from his hols.

Please everyone keep your fingers crossed that he just has an infection that can be sorted and not something much more ghastly.
