Does the discharge have a smell? Thats a sure sign of a pyo too. They may try antibiotics but nine times of of ten they will spey. Temp isnt always an indicator of anything wrong - Fingers crossed shes ok but I wouldnt hang about with it - put it on a credit card, beg steal or borrow but she needs a vet as soon as possible.

Ok an update,
I'm in bits...
Megs is currently at the vets on an IV Drip,bloods and a scan are been done this morning.
The vet suspects it is Pyometra,We'll know more at lunchtime when they ring us.

It's not looking good at the moment.

Vets have called,all tests completed.It is confirmed she has Pyometra.She is very poorly and is been spayed now.

She will be at the vets for at least 48 hours.
I'm really upset and in bits.
