11 year old small cross male

I had a 11 year old active male he started to get lumps on his legs and back and stomache but i was told they were non dangerous cysts, He then got a white lump in his mouth which i took him to the vets and got antibiotics for which didnt work.now saddley he as passed away he was healthy 1 min then i went out for 1hr and had passed away when i got back and he had done a poo before he died any ideas what was wrong with him?

aww thats very sad, im so sorry for your loss i dont know why he would hve died so suddely perhaps it was his heart? had he seem unwell in himself? a post mortems probably the only way to know for sure, tho someone on here might have an idea.
