Swollen Eye

my Vizsla woke up this morning with a swollen eye and some pus coming out of it. I didn't know what to do so called the vets. She put some dye on it but could see no scratches so thought it may be conjunctivitis. So i got a tube of cream and handed over £90 for a Sunday service

Is this problem common>?

Hi,

Molly had a weepy eye last November, and the vet put the dye in it too.
( Have put the pic on after she had it).

Then she had some drops.

She was fine in a few days, but I carried on with the drops for a day or so after.

It wasn't anything to worry about, so hope it's the same for u.

Don't worry to much, if you had a sore eye you probably wouldn't want to do much either.
I know Zipper was a bit subdued until it started to clear up.
