Re: What do you feed your dog on?

I feed mine on JWB and Naturediet. Just sent off for some samples of the grain free one.

Pedigree is rubbish as they use poor quality ingredients, animals derivatives (all the crap left overs), they source the meat protein form various sources IE beef, pork. Plus its full of additives, preservaties, colourings and fillers.

Dog Food Reviews - Royal Canin Mini Poodle 30 - Powered by ReviewPost

http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/dog_f...t=1885&cat=all

for reviews of pedigree and royal canin.
Not saying that website is the best around to judge dog food but it does give good reasons for rating both products pretty low (pedigree being worse)..although you may want to check with the actual product you have (contents)

The main reasons for those brands to be "bad" are : presence of artificial colorant, chemical preservatives, low quality meat, low quality grain (considering grain is not advisable at the first place if possible) and controversial ingredients.
Dont see any fruits and veggies in the ingredients lists either, although some may say its not necessary I prefer it in my dogs diet.

xx
