Still Coughing

My puppy who is now 13 weeks old is still coughing after 5 weeks. the vet gave another course of antibiotics which finish tonight. The cough is always worse when he wakes up. I have now asked vets to do more investigations as i am now not convinced its Kennel cough. I have taken 3 days stool samples to take to vet tonight for lungworm testing to be done. I think they may also take him in to do some xrays of his throat. I just cant imagine him without this cough now.

Has anybody experienced this in their pup/dog. I cant find anymore info on this?

thank you

Re: Still Coughing

I have experienced coughing in a dog and it was the heart, but not in a dog that young, best take him back to the vets to make sure.
