Lots of licking

Hi about a month ago I asked if sox may be comming season cos she was lathargic and sleepy....well she didn't...but today she has been licking her lady bits I have not seen her do this before, so is she going into or in season? as exciting as it was being with Nikki's cat in labour I am not ready to go through this with sox lol, and my little ones are sods for letting her out of the back gate, she never runs away from the green outside my gate but still wouldn't want to risk it... xx lisa xx

It could well be. Dogs like to keep their parts clean and it could be the early discharge, so you're not noticing it as it's in small quantities at the moment. Just keep an eye on her.

Some dogs bleed a week, some longer. Mine went for about two weeks the first time. A few days in I got her on the doggy nappies, which were weird to her at first, but she very quickly got used to them and they didn't bother her. And they saved me a LOT of laundry.
