tasty treats for puppy?

Am trying to train my 16 week puppy to walk to heel. Does it wonderfully in the house and at training classes but forgets it completely outside on her walk. She does not even acknowledge the treats so I started to use tiny slithers of cheese which worked at first but now she does not even look at them. Need some tasty treats that are ok to give puppies to try to keep her interest. Walks are becoming a nightmare as she pulls constantly.Any ideas??confused:

yep cooked chicken is good also hotdogs cut up. i would start the walks letting her know you have the treat, at any point she ignors the food i would end the walk- take it slowly dont rush otherwise she will learn to ignore.
