Unhappy Help, red spot on my pup's belly

First it looked like a small bug bite now as you can see it's larger, probably close to dime size. Any ideas?

it could be ringworm?take him to the vets to make sure it`s not as it`s contagious to humans/children

Looks like just a little skin reaction to me as does not look raised at edges. TRY Sudocrem
